The Clinic
My clinic is based in a beautiful garden studio, offering a tranquil place to take some time out to work on your health and wellbeing. I also offer online health consultations which enables me to work with patients across the UK - Chinese herbal medicine and functional nutrition are available online.
I run a generalist clinic with a particular focus on chronic autoimmune and postviral illness, plus women's health from menarche to post-menopause. This means I work with conditions such as ME/CFS, POTS, MCAS, Lyme Disease, Long Covid, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjogren's Syndrome, migraine, endometriosis, irregular periods, hot flushes, insomnia, mood swings... the list goes on. If you are struggling with ongoing symptoms, Chinese medicine can help reduce your symptoms and improve your quality of life.

How I work
1. Book your initial consultation using the secure online booking website. I do request payment upfront for appointments because I invest time in you before your arrival at my clinic. If you are unsure about anything or have any questions, please contact me first - I am happy to offer a 15 minute free discussion to help you decide whether I'm the person you want to work with.
2. Complete and submit the online consent forms and health questionnaire which will be emailed to you when you book. These need to be returned at least 48 hours before your appointment to allow me to work through them in advance. This allows me to focus on your priorities when you come for treatment rather than spending half the treatment time dealing with paperwork.
3. You should receive automatic confirmation and reminder emails prior to the appointment. Those will have all the Zoom details for online telehealth appointments or the directions for in-person appointments. Please see the cancellation policy in your intake paperwork for details.
4. Appointment day. By the time you arrive I will have read through all your intake paperwork and identified areas I need to explore further in order to plan your treatment. I only ever see one patient at a time and space my appointments out to avoid any overlaps, so the time you are with me is all focused on you. If I think functional medicine testing or another therapy would be beneficial we can discuss this during the appointment. I always aim to explain clearly and will always seek your agreement to any treatment before commencing. Please do ask me if you are unsure about anything, there is honestly no such thing as a silly question.
5. If you are taking herbal medicine, I will then order the herbal formula from the approved dispensary. They will invoice you to take payment for the herbs and will then post them out to your home address.
6. Follow up appointments will be booked as per our discussions during your initial consultation. We will review progress regularly and tweak the treatment plan as necessary. Again, if you have questions, please do ask. I am available to answer quick queries between appointments, you will have my email address and I aim to always answer the same day.
Location and access
The clinic is in Yardley Gobion, a small village between Milton Keynes and Towcester. It is easily accessible from Milton Keynes, Northampton, Buckingham, Towcester, Stony Stratford, Roade...
The full address will be provided once you book but as it’s my home address I don’t put it on my website. I’ve had patients travel to me for acupuncture from further away too – for example London, Luton and Birmingham. Or I can work with patients across the UK who select an online treatment option – full telehealth consultation with Chinese herbal medicine or nutrition.
If there is space on the gravel driveway then you are very welcome to use it. Otherwise there is plenty of parking on the road outside – this is a quiet village and you won’t have any trouble finding a space to park without needing to parallel park!
There is no toilet in the clinic but patients have access to a toilet just inside the front door.
